A recent mortgage statement OR a contract of sale on a property. 100 points of identification. A demonstrated exit strategy (means to repay the loan).

    The amount will depend on your requirements, security property value and exit strategy. We can offer loans from $25,000 up to $50 million.
  • What security is required for a private home loan?

For a private home loan, the key security required is typically real estate—the property you’re purchasing, refinancing, or using as collateral. 1. Real Estate as Collateral The property itself is the main form of security for the loan. This could be an owner-occupied home, an investment property, or land. We will place a mortgage or caveat on the property, ensuring that it secures the loan until the debt is fully repaid. 2. Equity in the Property To minimize risk, we typically require you to have a sufficient amount of equity in the property. The more equity you have, the better, as this lowers the lender’s risk. The equity is the difference between the property's current market value and any outstanding debts.
